I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and have not received your invitation email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find your invitation email, reset your password to log in. Password recovery is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). Use the Blackbaud ID Sign-On link, then click on the “Sign in With Email” option. Enter the email that was provided by the applicant and a password reset instruction email will be sent to you.
If you have a CCSU email account (student, faculty or staff) and are signing in as an Applicant, Reference, Reviewer, or Donor, go to the Admin and Applicant tab to log in.
